On 15th October, professionals from across Yorkshire, the North West, and North Wales gathered at Odsal Stadium for Northern Credit Day: Brains, Balance Sheets & Boardrooms — a day dedicated to developing skills, sharing insight, and strengthening the future of the credit profession.
Joint Managing Director, Steve Hamstead, took to the stage alongside other industry experts to deliver a practical masterclass on “How to Assess Credit & Choose Insurance.”
Steve’s session offered real-world guidance on how businesses can use credit insurance to protect cash flow, unlock working capital, and trade with confidence.
The event, hosted by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) and sponsored by BW Legal, featured contributions from leading voices in credit risk and finance, including Professor Nick Wilson of the University of Leeds, and senior CICM members sharing their professional journeys and advice.
