Three years ago, Katie Croasdell joined the Attis team, and she’s been an integral part of it ever since.
From being a dedicated Chief Snack Officer to keeping spirits high in the office, Katie brings positivity, professionalism, and a genuine care for clients that sets the tone for our team culture.
Katie began her credit insurance career back in 2012 with Bluefin Trade Credit after graduating from university. Following Bluefin’s acquisition by Marsh, she had the opportunity to manage a diverse client portfolio across multiple trade sectors, an experience that cemented her belief in the value of strong relationships and always putting the client first.
From her fondest memories to what’s up next, we spoke to Katie about her time here…
What is your best achievement so far at Attis?
I would say my biggest achievement is being part of a team and business that has gone from strength to strength and grown so much since it’s inception. It’s been so exciting to work alongside people who care so much about our clients but also each other as colleagues. I have also really enjoyed exploring sectors I previously had little experience in and building strong relationships with our clients.
Is there a memorable moment or highlight from your time here that stands out?
What’s one goal you’d like to achieve in the next year?
I would like to continue to grow our business and help encourage the younger members of our team to develop and progress their careers here at Attis. On a personal basis I would like to take on another challenge like the three peaks or a half marathon now my blisters have recovered from last year’s walk!!
We couldn’t imagine Attis without Katie, and as she reflects on her three years here, we’re raising a coffee (and a chocolate-covered custard cream) to celebrate everything she brings to the team.
