There are a certain amount of terminals around the UK that commodities such as Oil once sourced can be brought into the country, 42 costal Oil terminals for example, these are often ran by the large oil firms and in such cases there is an obligation to ensure that these are of good working order and maintained to a certain standard to ensure there accessibility as required, this often will include the maintenance of any pipes.
